May 2022 Bug fixes and Minor Improvements
Bug Fixes for May
- Record field not displaying any records
- Amended the display of the record fields within FlowLogic to display the records correctly and fetch the conditions assigned to the field type.
- Record field now displays the record name over the UID
- Record field now supports a lookup field as a Value
- MYOB CSV Export adding a break line where not applicable
- Changed formatting of the MYOB CSV to remove the break like within the file.
- This change has no effect on invoicing, Its purely a format amendment.
- Roster Availability saving error
- A Database improvement was made that will remove any issues with saving roster availability.
- Report Permissions
- Amended the display of the reporting permissions to improve functionality.
- Apostrophe in Username
- Previously an apostrophe in a username would cause issues with the “Reset Password” option. This has now been resolved.
Minor Improvements for May 2022
- Repeat Series Extension
- Extended the amount of shifts allowed in a repeat series to 104
- Roster Services By Allocation Report
- Changed the database query to include items without an “Actual Kilometre” value.
- Automations
- Added compatibility to allow the “apply” option to function with the “Always” value.
- Roster
- Improved roster search efficiency.
- Additional Right that allows the user to only see the records they have access to in the roster.
