Leave Requests and Snapshots

In today’s Brunch with Daniel, I will continue the Deep-Dive into the Roster and its functions, this time having a look at the Staff Leave process including Snapshots.

 

The FlowLogic Leave process is a fantastic way to automate the transfer of approved Leave requests to your financial software, greatly reducing manual admin work at Payroll time, and ensuring that staff who are on leave are not allocated shifts with your participants. It includes a brilliant shift conflict resolution system, which we will also go through to ensure the correct allocation of Leave to your staff and ensuring services are still provided to your participants. While there is a big change to the Leave system coming, the background process will be the same, so this session will be a don’t miss for all your rostering and payroll staff!
