Custom Invoice Exporter + Casual Workers Accept/Decline

In today’s Tuesday Brunch with Daniel has a couple of very big ticket items – the pending release of the Custom Invoice Exporter, and the very soon deployment of functionality to allow Casual staff the ability to Accept or Decline Shifts as per the Fair Work changes that come into effect on Wednesday.

The first item, the Custom Invoice Exporter, will allow YOU the ability to customise exactly what data is exported from FlowLogic for Payroll, Leave and Invoices, ensuring the specific requirements you have for your data to be exported to your Financial Software can be achieved. Very excited about this pending deployment!

The second item on the agenda is the ability for casual staff members to be able to Accept or Decline shifts from inside the Roster as part of the Fair Work “Closing Loopholes” legislation that comes into effect on Wednesday. In this initial release, Casuals will have the ability to accept or decline shifts based on a time setting that you set for your organisation, and if they decline a shift, it will be automatically sent to the “TBA” shift ready for Roster staff to relocate to another staff member. A big development that keeps FlowLogic in line with current Workplace laws.
