Leave Management

The leave management section can be found in the finance and payroll tab, here you can view; add; approve or decline leave submitted by staff. Similar to the timesheet management section, you can filter to specific staff, areas and employment contracts.

By selecting the camera icon below, you will be able to see which shifts the leave will affect.

You can then choose to delete the warning of the affected shift, ignore the shift or re-do the snapshot to look for any new shifts.

Once you approve the shift you will be given the choice to ‘fix’ the shifts. You can uncheck any that you would like to leave unaffected by the leave.

You will then be given a final confirmation:

By selecting ‘create leave request’ in the above image, you are able to submit leave on behalf of other staff.
