Accessing Inbox Admin
Inbox Admin is located within the system logs area.
To access it:

Navigate to the Logs menu in the top-right corner of FlowLogic.

Select Inbox Admin.
This will open the Inbox Admin dashboard, where all system inbox messages are recorded.
Access to this section is typically limited to administrators or users with elevated permissions.
Understanding the Inbox Admin Dashboard
The Inbox Admin dashboard displays a table containing all messages sent through the system inbox.
This table provides a quick overview of message activity across the platform.
Key information shown includes:
Message ID
Date and time the message was sent
Sender of the message
Message subject
Priority level (if set)
Number of recipients
Whether attachments were included
These details allow administrators to quickly review messaging activity without opening each message individually.
Searching for Messages
When working with large volumes of messages, the search bar can be used to locate specific communications.
Administrators can search using details such as:
Sender name
Subject line
Message content keywords
The results will filter automatically to display matching records.
You can also adjust the number of entries displayed on the page to review more or fewer messages at once.
Viewing Message Details
To view the full content of a message:

Locate the message in the Inbox Admin table.

Click the Binoculars icon on the far right-hand side.
This opens the full message view.
From this screen, administrators can review:
The full message content
The sender
All recipients
Any attachments included
This ensures administrators can verify exactly what was sent and who received the message.
Managing Messages
Inbox Admin allows administrators to manage messages when necessary.
From the message view, administrators can:
Delete messages from the system inbox
Print messages for records or documentation
Deleting a message removes it from the system inbox.
This may be necessary if:
A message was sent accidentally
A message contains inappropriate content
Administrative cleanup is required
Returning to the Message List
After reviewing a message, you can return to the main message list by selecting Go Back.
This returns you to the Inbox Admin dashboard, where additional messages can be reviewed.
