Editing a Dropdown List

Click Edit on your form

Multi-Select Dropdown
The Multi-Select Dropdown allows users to select multiple options.
There are two ways to configure this:
Manual List
Create and maintain options yourself.
Record List (Dynamic)
Reference an existing record type, such as:

For example:
If referencing the Staff record list, the dropdown automatically pulls live staff names from the system. This removes the need for manual updates.
This is ideal when the list changes frequently.
Radio List
A Radio List allows selection of a single option.
Visually displayed as circular selection buttons.

Checkbox Field
