Calendar

The Calendar can be selected from the left hand side menu.

The information displayed within the calendar is identified by a checkbox within the “Form Editor” shown below. For further information on how to access and find this option please review the “Form Editor” section of the guide.

Once selected, the page will display a calendar view of the current month, highlighting today’s date. 

  • To view the previous calendar, navigate by selecting “<”. 
  • To view the next calendar, navigate by selecting “>”. 
  • To go to today’s day view, select “Today”
  • To go to a specific date, select the Calendar icon

You can choose to display the calendar in a Day view, Weekly view, or a Monthly view. 

To download a current view of the calendar, select Export CSV on the top right corner.

The Palette Manager will prompt a tab to appear on the right side of the screen with a description of what each items represents, and provide access to the Colour customisation options

You can filter through all the information displayed in the calendar by selecting “Filters”

If you have been given access to be able to create new items in the Calendar, you will see the “New Event” icon.

You can click this to be presented with the New Calendar Item screen:

You can also set User specific permissions for who can read and edit the New Calendar Item by selecting their names in the options at the bottom of this window. No users listed means everyone who has access to the calendar can read and edit the Calendar Item:

Details of the Calendar Items can be expanded by clicking the Down Arrow next to the title of the item or clicking the down arrow on the date.

Or by hovering the mouse over the Icon next to the title.

To open the Calendar item, or the associated Record, click the icon next to the Calendar Item title.
