12 – KPI Widget, FlowLogic BI and other FlowLogic Dashboard Customisations

In this session, we’ll walk through practical, hands-on training for getting the most out of your FlowLogic Dashboard.

Using the FlowLogic KPI Widget, FlowLogic BI and other dashboard customisations, you can create a visual reporting tool that displays key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical data, allowing management to quickly understand business performance, identify trends, spot anomalies, and make informed, data-driven decisions. These tools consolidate data from various sources, providing a real-time or near real-time overview of business health and progress towards strategic goals.

This session is ideal for Business Managers, Operations Managers and Business Owners looking to keep a close eye on the day to day operations of their business.

    • Customizing Dashboard Record Tables: Daniel described how users and administrators can add record tables (e.g., risk management, notice board, upcoming shifts) to dashboards, either company-wide or individually, and noted the impact of table view settings on displayed data.
    • Widget Management and User Customization: Daniel outlined how users can reorder, add, or remove dashboard widgets, and explained that some widgets are inactive due to being superseded by newer features like FlowLogic BI, with customization options dependent on user permissions
