Michelle Gabauer is a distinguished Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. Holding degrees in Business, Human Resources, and Psychology. In 2016, Michelle co-founded Effective HR, her vision and dedication have transformed the company from a small consultancy into the thriving business we see today.
