Service Items Overview
Service Items in FlowLogic control the what, where, when and why with billing and claiming from participants budgets. They are instrumental in reporting on budget usage, and are a requirement for the processing of the Funding Exchange and Export Invoices. From Rostering through to Claiming, Service Items are possibly the most important function in FlowLogic. But they are not just for NDIS clients – you can create your own Service Items for your own purposes, be it for Aged Care, DCJ work, or just for booking booking a tele-health room – they are for any rosterable item that needs reporting or claiming.
