Shift Summary, Form Save Options and Repeat Shifts Funding Warnings

I have a few very handy new features to show you this week! There’s a couple of enhancements to the Roster, and a very nice option in your form design:

 

– Shift Summary Bulk Action, where you can send a quick little email or SMS to a staff member or participant to advise of upcoming shifts,

 

– Provision of Future Shift billables – this one is very exciting – FlowLogic will soon be able display a warning if you are going to bill over your Funding Allocation in a Roster Shift repeat 

 

– The Save and Close button on a form can be set to save the record and immediately return the user to the FlowLogic Dashboard – very handy in the Tasks feature of FlowLogic
